PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Azure Condominiums are a 31-story high-rise located in Downtown Dallas with spectacular views of the downtown, uptown, and Victory Park skylines. The building is one of Dallas’ most modern condo buildings. The condominiums include a resort style pool, parking garage, theater room, community center, and fitness center. The scope of work included on this project was to remove existing tile from residential balconies, installing waterproofing membrane on the balcony deck, and reinstalling new balcony tile.
