PROJECT DESCRIPTION
San Jacinto College Central Campus in Pasadena, Texas, stands out for its meticulous construction practices, we installed air barrier systems, expertly installed sheet metal flashing, durable sealants, and effective below-grade waterproofing. These elements collectively ensure the campus buildings are resilient against climatic challenges, maintaining energy efficiency, structural integrity, and a conducive learning environment for students and faculty. This building is very important because it is the largest mass timber building in the nation.
