The elevated luxury living includes a rooftop pool, club and lounge, and observation deck for guests. Sunbelt’s Waterproofing & Restoration successfully completed the below-grade waterproofing, air barrier, PUMA traffic coating, epoxy floor coatings, fire-stopping, expansion joint cover assemblies, and hot fluid-applied terrace waterproofing.
