PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Buckingham Senior Living Community project in Houston focused on comprehensive waterproofing and restoration efforts to ensure long-term protection and sustainability of the facility. The project included below-grade sheet and blindside waterproofing to safeguard the foundation from water intrusion. Damp-proofing measures were applied to enhance the overall building's resistance to moisture. The spilt slab was treated with applied waterproofing, providing crucial protection to the underlying structure. Traffic deck coating was installed to protect surfaces exposed to foot and vehicle traffic, while green roof waterproofing and sealants were applied to preserve the integrity and functionality of the eco-friendly roofing system. These efforts collectively ensured the Buckingham Senior Living Community remains secure, dry, and durable.
