200 Patterson Condominiums
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The 200 Patterson Condominiums project was a historical masonry, marble, granite, and stone restoration initiative focused on preserving the building’s architectural beauty and enhancing its structural integrity. The project included cleaning and sealing exposed concrete finishes to restore their appearance and protect against the elements. All sealants were replaced to ensure a secure, waterproof seal, while wet sealing was applied to all windows to prevent water infiltration. Concrete patching and epoxy injection were used to address any cracks and reinforce the structure. The steel elements of the building were cleaned and painted to protect against corrosion, while new sheet metal was installed for both aesthetic and functional improvements. Additionally, a new window washing system and davit tie-back system were installed to provide safe and efficient maintenance access for future care of the building’s exterior. Through these comprehensive efforts, the project successfully revitalized the condominium complex while ensuring long-term protection and stability.
