PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Everhome Suites project was a focused restoration and waterproofing initiative designed to enhance both the building's protection and its long-term durability. The work included the waterproofing of the elevator pit to prevent water ingress and protect the underground areas of the building. An air barrier system was applied to improve energy efficiency and prevent moisture buildup, while metal flashing was installed to direct water away from critical areas, preventing potential water damage. Building sealants were applied throughout the structure to address gaps and joints, enhancing waterproofing and ensuring a secure, airtight environment. Additionally, site sealants were used to provide further protection against the elements, ensuring long-lasting results and preserving the integrity of the building.
