PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Waxahachie Civic Center is located just 25 minutes outside of the DFW metroplex. The center hosts a variety of events and meetings in the ballroom and corporate meeting rooms. The 26,000 Square foot building was due for restoration for its damaged stucco system, replacing joint sealants, repointing mortar joints, and applying a high build coating system on the exterior of the building.

SCOPE OF WORK
– Repair of damage Stucco system
– Replacement of exterior joint sealants.
– Repoint masonry mortar joints
– Install a high build coating system on the entire exterior skin of the building
