PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Timothy Landing Restoration Project in Jacksonville, FL, was a comprehensive restoration effort that involved miscellaneous stucco repairs and the painting and waterproofing of 28 buildings. The project focused on restoring the structural integrity and appearance of the buildings by addressing stucco damage, applying fresh coats of paint, and ensuring that the buildings were protected from water infiltration through advanced waterproofing techniques. Each of the 28 buildings were meticulously treated to improve both functionality and appeal.
