Red Oak, Texas
Compass Roadrunner
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Compass Roadrunner project was a new construction waterproofing initiative focused on ensuring long-lasting protection for the building’s foundation and exterior. The work included below-grade waterproofing to prevent water intrusion and protect the structural integrity of the foundation. Expansion joints were installed to allow for movement and minimize the risk of cracking, while metal flashing was applied to direct water away from critical areas, preventing potential water damage. Joint sealants were also applied throughout the structure to enhance the building’s waterproofing and ensure a secure, airtight environment. These efforts collectively ensured the building’s resilience against the elements.
