PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Athena 4th Floor Re-Roof and Coatings project was a re-roofing initiative aimed at enhancing the building’s weather resistance and durability. The existing roof system was overlaid with a new TPO roof system, providing a durable, energy-efficient solution to protect the structure from the elements. Additionally, new roof panels and coatings were installed at the existing patio covers, ensuring both aesthetic improvement and long-lasting protection. This re-roof project successfully upgraded the building’s exterior while ensuring superior performance and durability.
