PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Haltom City Law Enforcement project ensured a durable and secure facility. The project included below-grade waterproofing at the grade beams to protect the foundation from water damage. An air barrier and flashing were installed to enhance energy efficiency and prevent air and water infiltration. Building expansion joints were incorporated to allow for structural movement while maintaining the building's integrity. Various building sealants were applied to seal gaps and cracks, and site sealants were used to ensure the entire perimeter was protected from the elements. These measures collectively provided long-lasting protection against moisture and environmental factors, ensuring the building remains secure and resilient.
