PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Tobin Event Center stands as a testament to architectural and historic preservation. Its restoration journey includes an array of tasks, from below-grade waterproofing to the intricate refurbishment of historic wooden, metal, and copper windows. With an eye for detail, craftsmen delicately remove and replace sealants, ensuring both structural integrity and aesthetic authenticity. Tuckpointing breathes new life into weathered facades, while cast stone repairs honor the building's heritage. A deep clean and seal of the exterior façade brightened the appearance but also safeguards against the weathered effects of time. Completing the transformation, stucco wall repairs and coatings add a final touch of refinement, inviting guests into a space where the past and present seamlessly converge.
