PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Niles House Project involved a new construction and re-roofing effort, focusing on enhancing the property’s roofing system. Our team was tasked with re-roofing the existing house using a PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) modified system, ensuring a durable and long-lasting solution. In addition to the re-roofing, we incorporated the roofing system into the new additions seamlessly, providing consistent protection and modern functionality across the entire structure. The project was designed to enhance both the aesthetic and structural integrity of the home, delivering a high-performance roof that complements the property’s new and existing elements.
