PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seagrove Highlands in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, was a restoration project that involved the removal and replacement of the waterproofing membrane at concrete pan stair treads and the first-floor walkway. The project also included the demolition of stucco at structural columns for inspection and repair, followed by coating the steel columns and reapplying stucco. Additionally, corrosion was removed from the exterior stairway steel, and the metal was recoated with a durable epoxy coating system to restore its integrity and protect it from future damage. This restoration ensured the stairway and structural elements were reinforced for long-term durability and protection, enhancing both safety and appearance.
