PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Grand Prairie Main Street Project focused on comprehensive waterproofing and restoration to revitalize the historic buildings along the street. The scope of work included restoring and replacing the exterior façade of nine buildings, enhancing their appearance while preserving their architectural charm. Key services included waterproofing to protect the structures from water damage, masonry restoration to preserve the integrity of the original walls, and roofing to ensure reliable protection from the elements. Additionally, structural framing was reinforced, and new veneer was applied to provide both aesthetic appeal and long-term durability. This project successfully combined modern restoration techniques with respect for the historical significance of the buildings, ensuring their preservation for future generations.
