PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The North Breakers restoration project in St. Simons Island, GA, included several important upgrades. Our team replaced the windows to improve both the building’s appearance and energy efficiency. We applied new sealants to ensure long-term protection against the elements, while also completing deck coating to enhance durability and waterproofing. Stucco repairs were made to address surface damage, and we finished with a fresh coat of paint on the railings for a clean, refreshed look. The project was completed with attention to detail, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and lasting functionality.
