PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Churchwell Lofts project in Jacksonville, FL, centered on preserving and revitalizing a historic building. Our team rebuilt the brick end piece to restore structural integrity while maintaining the original architectural character. We performed detailed waterproofing and repainting to protect the exterior and enhance curb appeal. The mansard roof was re-done, along with careful tuck pointing to repair and preserve the masonry. We also rebuilt the parapet wall, completing a full restoration that honored the building’s history while reinforcing it for the future.
