The Spencer
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Spencer project was a new construction waterproofing initiative focused on ensuring the building’s long-term durability and protection. Below-grade waterproofing was applied to safeguard the foundation from water intrusion, while split slab waterproofing was installed to prevent moisture buildup between different levels of the structure. Building sealants were used throughout to enhance the airtight and waterproof integrity of the building, and a durable traffic coating was applied to high-traffic areas for added protection. Pedestal pavers were installed to provide a functional and aesthetic outdoor surface, and a PVC roofing system was chosen for its durability and weather resistance, offering long-lasting protection for the structure. This comprehensive approach ensured the building remains secure and resilient against the elements.
