PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The construction of ACU Phase 2 Dorms incorporated essential elements to ensure longevity and performance. Below-grade waterproofing was applied to protect the foundation from moisture ingress, maintaining structural integrity. Air barriers and flashings were meticulously installed to optimize energy efficiency and prevent air leakage. Emseal expansion joints and building/site sealants were utilized to accommodate building movement and prevent water penetration, ensuring a secure and durable living environment for students.
