PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Surf Club III restoration project in Palm Coast, FL, involved below-grade waterproofing, exterior painting, and the application of a Sika urethane traffic system. The project focused on protecting the building from water infiltration by applying effective below-grade waterproofing techniques, ensuring long-lasting durability. The exterior of the building was repainted in order to enhance its appearance and provide additional protection from the elements. In the parking structure, the Sika urethane traffic system was applied to safeguard the surface and improve its resistance to wear and tear from vehicle traffic. This restoration successfully reinforced the building's protective features while boosting its visual appeal and functionality.
