PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Trend Tower project was focused on waterproofing and restoration, aimed at enhancing both the appearance and protection of the building. The project included recoating the entire building with BASF MasterProtect EL 750 and HB200 to provide superior waterproofing and durability. Wetseal was applied to key areas to prevent water intrusion and ensure the building’s long-term resilience. Window perimeter sealants were also installed to further safeguard against moisture infiltration. Additionally, traffic coating was applied to 7,300 square feet of balconies, providing a durable surface resistant to wear from foot traffic and environmental exposure. These efforts combined to ensure the building's protection against the elements, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetics.
