Dallas Theological
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Dallas Theological project was a waterproofing and restoration effort focused on preserving and protecting the building’s exterior. The team completed a thorough brick restoration, including cleaning, tuckpointing, and applying a sealer to restore the brickwork’s appearance and enhance its durability. In addition, wet seal was applied to critical areas to provide effective water resistance. The project also involved cutting out and installing new building sealants to address any compromised joints and ensure long-lasting protection against water infiltration. Finally, an elastomeric coating was applied to exposed concrete surfaces, providing a flexible, durable finish that enhances both the aesthetic and waterproofing capabilities of the structure. Through these measures, the project successfully enhanced the building's exterior, ensuring it remains well-protected against the elements.
