PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The construction of Hanover Preston Hollow incorporates a meticulous approach to waterproofing and surface protection from the outset. Below-grade waterproofing utilizing bentonite blindside and positive side fluid applied cementitious waterproofing ensures comprehensive moisture control from the foundation upwards. Hot-applied coatings at various levels provide robust protection, while specialized deck coatings on balconies and vehicular decks are implemented to enhance durability and safety from the beginning. Additionally, the project includes epoxy coatings, air barriers, metal flashing, concrete sealers, building and site sealants, and elastomeric coatings, all aimed at fortifying the building's envelope against weathering and ensuring long-term structural integrity.
