PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The construction of One Ranger Way incorporates essential measures to ensure durability and efficiency. Hot applied waterproofing is applied to protect critical areas from moisture ingress, while vehicular deck coatings enhance the safety and longevity of parking structures. An air barrier and rigid insulation are implemented to optimize energy efficiency and maintain thermal comfort. Metal flashing and building/site sealants are utilized to safeguard against water infiltration, ensuring long-term structural integrity. Additionally, fire-stopping and expansion joints, both interior and exterior, are installed to meet safety regulations and accommodate building movement effectively.
