PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Shipwatch Condominiums project in St. Simons Island, GA, focused on structural repairs to two buildings. Our team removed and reinstalled the glulam beam walkways to restore integrity and safety to the elevated walkways. We also rebuilt the staircases and handrails, ensuring they met current safety standards while maintaining the property's aesthetic. The project was completed with precision and care, enhancing both the functionality and appearance of the buildings.
