PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Waterview Towers in Destin, FL, was a restoration that involved comprehensive exterior work, including facade coatings and EIFS repairs, the replacement of exterior sealants, and the removal and replacement of balcony tile. The project focused on enhancing the building's exterior by applying durable coatings and repairing the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to restore both its appearance and weather resistance. Exterior sealants were replaced to ensure long-term protection against water infiltration, while the balcony tiles were removed and replaced to improve both aesthetics and functionality. This restoration successfully revitalized the building’s exterior, improving both its appearance and its resilience to the coastal environment.
