PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The renovation of Energy Plaza was a comprehensive endeavor aimed at enhancing both functionality and durability. The project includes applying hot and cold applied waterproofing to ensure robust protection against water infiltration, crucial for maintaining structural integrity. Additionally, vehicular and pedestrian traffic coatings, along with Puma traffic coatings, provide resilient surfacing solutions, enhancing safety and usability. Further efforts such as FRP wraps, floating concrete terraces, and building sealants are integral to extending the lifespan and sustainability of this landmark structure.
