PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Sorrento underwent a comprehensive exterior refurbishment that was overseen by the contracted team, Stone & Glazing. Beginning with power washing of the facade, they proceeded to route and seal any cracks, ensuring structural integrity. Damaged or missing sealants were replaced, and minor imperfections in the stucco were repaired to help the appeal and durability. The application of Sika guard 550W, an elastomeric coating, on all exterior stucco, EIFS, and GFRC surfaces was added to help the facade against the elements. Additionally, the balcony and roof soffits, along with wood siding throughout the property, were freshly painted, to give the building a new look. To complete the project, a penetrating stone sealer was applied to all stone veneers, to ensure that the façade is always protected and give the older building a new look!
