PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Bank of America Plaza is located in the Main Street District in Downtown Dallas. The skyscraper is 72 stories, which is the tallest in Dallas, and hosts 1,900,000 square feet of office space. This project includes removing and replacing over 85 miles of exterior silicone gaskets on 18,000 panes of glass. The building consisted of Tremco’s original neoprene gaskets, which lasted over 35 years that began to detiorate and leave a rusty residue on the side of the building. Tremco’s Poly-Wej was customized to ensure performance and longevity. Bank of America Tower is the tallest building in Dallas and the 3rd tallest in state of Texas
