Project Description:
At the University of North Texas, Sunbelt was selected to protect and enhance the Jazz Lab facility through targeted restoration scopes. Work included brick repointing, façade cleaning, sealant replacement, and elastomeric coating. These upgrades refreshed the building’s appearance while ensuring long-term watertight performance, preserving the campus facility for future generations of students and faculty.
