Project Description:

The Lakeview Centre project required exterior remediation to improve both performance and appearance. Sunbelt performed EIFS repairs, applied elastomeric coatings to EIFS bands, and stabilized existing retaining walls. These scopes strengthened the property’s façade, enhanced its durability, and extended the service life of the structure.
Scope of work:

• Repair EIFS

• Apply 2 coats of elastometric coating to all EIFS bands

• Retaining wall stabilization
