Project Description:

The TSTC Waco CCAP project required a comprehensive building envelope package to support the new campus development. Sunbelt installed air barriers, tilt wall joint sealants, expansion joints, and site paving sealants to ensure watertight construction. Additional scopes included sheet metal flashing and fluid-applied waterproofing for long-term protection. By integrating these systems, Sunbelt helped deliver a durable and energy-efficient facility to serve the college community.
