Project Description:
The Royal ISD Ag Expo Center was built to support the school district’s agricultural programs and community events. Sunbelt provided a full scope of waterproofing and building envelope systems to ensure durability and performance. Work included concrete floor sealers, wall insulation, and air barrier installation on exterior walls. Sheet metal flashing was added at transitions, and joint sealants were applied at building joints, sidewalks, and pavement. Together, these systems created a protected and resilient facility designed to serve the district for years to come.
