PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Sun Beach project in New Smyrna Beach was a full exterior restoration involving 14 individual properties across the site. Our team completed a full façade re-skin on each building to restore and modernize the exterior appearance. As part of the restoration, we also installed new waterproofing systems and replaced insulation throughout the properties to improve protection, efficiency, and long-term performance. The completed project delivered refreshed exteriors designed to enhance the durability, functionality, and longevity of the Sun Beach properties.
