Regency Parking Deck
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Regency Parking Deck project in Ormond Beach, Florida, focused on restoring and strengthening critical structural components to improve the long-term performance and durability of the structure. Our scope of work included approximately 900 cubic feet of structural concrete repairs, replacement of expansion joints, structural crack repairs, and structural steel connection repairs at beam ends. To complete the restoration, our team installed the Sikalastic 1500 vehicular traffic coating system to provide added protection against wear and environmental exposure. The completed project delivered a reinforced, long-lasting parking structure designed to improve both functionality and structural integrity.
