PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Luau Parking Deck in St. Augustine was a restoration project focused on revitalizing and protecting the structure. Our scope of work included exterior vertical and overhead concrete restoration, complete removal and replacement of pedestrian traffic coatings, and approximately 6,000 square feet of stucco repairs. Our team also completed a full façade coating application to enhance the durability and appearance of the surrounding exterior surfaces. The completed restoration delivered a refreshed, long-lasting finish that improved both the functionality and overall aesthetic of the property.
