Project Description:
St. Marks Athletics project focused on delivering a high-performing building envelope for the school’s athletic facility. Sunbelt’s scope included below-grade waterproofing, air barrier installation, flashing systems, and comprehensive sealant work. Additional scopes included traffic coatings, PVC roofing, and pedestal pavers to ensure durability in high-use areas. The project created a watertight, energy-efficient, and resilient building that supports the school’s mission and student athletics programs.
