Project Description:

Spires Garage underwent major construction upgrades to strengthen its structure and extend its lifespan. Sunbelt’s work included steel and concrete repairs, replacement of expansion joints, and façade restoration across the multi-level parking structure. The project was completed in close coordination with Walker Consultants to address both structural needs and functional improvements, ensuring that the facility continues to serve users safely and effectively for years to come.
