Project Description:

The JPS Garage project in Fort Worth was a large-scale new construction effort aimed at providing long-term durability and waterproofing for the medical district. Sunbelt performed below-grade waterproofing (both blindside and post-applied systems), applied traffic coatings, and installed building sealants and penetrating sealers. These systems were critical in ensuring the garage’s structural longevity and ability to handle heavy daily use, while also supporting the overall functionality of the healthcare campus.
