Project Description:

The AT&T Building 2 project in downtown Dallas focused on preserving and restoring the iconic travertine façade. Sunbelt’s scope of work included cleaning, parging, and honing the exterior travertine panels to restore their appearance and integrity. All exterior joint sealants were replaced to maintain watertight performance, and wet sealing was applied to all glass and skylights for added protection. The project reinforced both the beauty and durability of the building’s envelope while ensuring long-term protection for this high-profile property.
