Project Description:
The Sandpiper Condominium restoration in Port Aransas required extensive exterior upgrades to maintain safety and protect against coastal conditions. Sunbelt’s work included pedestrian traffic coating, railing and façade repairs, and joint replacements across the property. The improvements provided residents and visitors with enhanced safety, improved appearance, and long-term protection against weathering and saltwater exposure common to Gulf Coast environments.
