Project Description:
The Faust Hotel, a historic landmark in downtown New Braunfels, underwent extensive restoration to preserve its character while upgrading performance. Sunbelt’s work included window remediation, tuckpointing of exterior masonry, and sealant remediation across the façade. The project successfully balanced preservation of the hotel’s historic charm with modern waterproofing and protection techniques, extending the life of the property and maintaining its role as a centerpiece of the community.
