PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Leeward Key exterior restoration project in Miramar Beach focused on revitalizing the property’s balconies to improve both appearance and long-term performance. Our team began by demolishing approximately 8,500 square feet of existing balcony tile before completing localized concrete repairs, slope corrections, and balcony railing repairs throughout the property. To complete the restoration, we installed a pedestrian deck coating system designed to provide lasting protection and a refreshed finish. The completed project delivered upgraded balconies that enhanced the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of the property.
