PROJECT DESCRIPTION

At Liberty Packaging in Haltom City, Texas, Sunbelt restored key expansion joints to support the building’s durability. We removed old sealants, prepared the joints with a stable foundation, and applied new sealant to allow movement while keeping moisture out. Together, this work reinforces the structural integrity of the facility and promotes reliable, long-term performance.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Remove existing interior expansion joint sealant

• Install urethane grout–soaked backer rod within expansion joints

• Re-caulk expansion joints with new sealant
