The restoration project at Atlas North Lamar in Austin, our crew at Sunbelt focused on restoring and repairing roofing systems to extend the life and improve the overall performance of the building. On the exterior, we addressed façade deterioration and stone repairs, improving safety while delivering a clean, cohesive finish that is visually appealing. Our team started with a detailed roof inspection, identifying key areas of wear, and then targeting repairs to prevent water intrusion and ensure long-term performance.
