Project Description:
The Lakewood United Methodist Church restoration project focused on preserving the structural and aesthetic integrity of the facility. Sunbelt performed extensive work including EIFS repairs and coating, curtainwall and glass replacement, and perimeter sealant replacement at punched windows. Additional scopes included ferrous metal painting, wood replacement, and stained-glass wet sealing, along with repointing of brick-to-brick joints. These efforts restored the building’s appearance while ensuring long-term watertight protection.
