Project Description:
The Lakeside Tower Amenity Deck restoration project focused on enhancing resident spaces while addressing waterproofing and safety concerns. Sunbelt’s scope included sealant installation at upper and lower deck pavers, deck spouts, parapet walls, and planter walls. Additional work included crawl space ventilation, replacement of a stair riser, new deck drains, and paver sloping to improve drainage. These upgrades revitalized the amenity deck, ensuring both durability and comfort for Lakeside Tower residents.
Scope of work:

• Upper & Lower deck paver sealants, deck spouts, water repellent, parapet wall, planter wall coping and crawl space ventilation

• Remove/replace stair riser

• Deck drains

• Paver sloping
