Project Description:

The Prime DFW project in Dallas required focused waterproofing and sealant systems for a new construction facility. Sunbelt installed below-grade waterproofing to protect the foundation, building sealants to safeguard the envelope, and site paving sealants to enhance longevity of exterior walkways. This combination of systems provides strong protection against water intrusion while supporting the building’s long-term durability.
