Project Description:

The TWU Brackenridge project involved new construction at Texas Woman’s University, where Sunbelt was responsible for critical waterproofing and building envelope scopes. Work included below-grade waterproofing, blindside and post-applied sheet waterproofing, and air barrier installation. Metal flashing, building sealants, and site sealants were also applied to ensure long-term watertight protection. This comprehensive package supports the facility’s performance and energy efficiency for future students and staff.
