Project Description:
The Freestone Club project involved constructing a premier lakeside facility with durability and design in mind. Sunbelt installed cold fluid-applied waterproofing systems, air barriers, and sheet-applied systems to protect the building from moisture intrusion. Additional scopes included sheet metal flashing and trim, along with site and building sealants. These measures ensure the facility’s long-term performance while maintaining its architectural appeal.
